Since 2004, Panos and his mother Angela produce delightful authentic kefalonian and greek cuisine. The vegetables come from “Ktima Avithos” organic garden. Panos is not only an expert in local wines, he serves the best of these together with an extensive wine list.

Panos Sarris – A small CV…
My career in the world of taste starts in 1999 at “Liberty Restaurant” in Kolonaki – Athens where I worked at the service.
In 2001 I permanently moved to Kefalonia and made the “Preview, Pool side Cafe – Bar” in Lassi until 2004 that transfer as a restaurant in Avithos Beach (Avithos Preview) and operates each summer season.
The winter of 2004-2005 begins a beautiful journey in the world of wine when I studied in “Le Monde” -Athens in Sommelier section.
Since then I visit wineries, wine exhibitions and restaurants worldwide.
In 2006 participated at the “National Sommelier Competition” and in 2007 where won the 2nd place.
I participated as a connoisseur in “INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITION OF THESSALONIKI”(2007) and in 2008 in London I became Certified Sommelier by the Court of Masters Sommeliers.
I am the author of the cook book “Tastes of Kefalonia” (2009).
In 2011 started the “Panochori”, a premium Kefalonian Extra Virgin Olive oil that recently awarded at the international competition “Athena”.
From 2012 I’m bottling my own Robola wine “Sarris” where at the global competition “Decanter” in London won a silver medal.
In my spare time I play tennis and love see kayaking.
